You are invited to submit your own original compositions to this site. By making submission you affirm, agree, and support all of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Definitions
"YOU" indicates the person or persons making electronic transmission of writing.
"GXF" indicates the owner of GayXXXFiction.com at the time of the submission being made.

Terms & Conditions
1. You are the author of the submission and own rights to the story.
2. You fully understand that by submitting your writing to this site you are giving rights for this story to GXF but GXF is not obligated to post your submission.
3. You agree that you shall not receive any renumeration for your story. It is being gifted to GXF. The only benefit whatsoever you shall be granted is your option of having your name, email address, photo, and a one-sentence description of yourself or the story placed on the page with the story. You agree that GXF has rights to edit or censor image and/or descriptive text as GXF in sole discretion deem appropriate for the site.
4. Your gift of the story to GXF gives non-exclusive ownership rights to GXF at the time of the submission being made. This ownership is unrevokable in perpetuity. This means that you retain ownership of your original work, but GXF fully owns a copy of your work.
5. GXF may edit, rework, or alter your submission in any way deemed appropriate. Your ownership does not extend in any way to any part of the additions, alterations or other changes that GXF has made to the writing.
6. GXF may make any use of the story, its concept, its theme, or any other derrivitive of it by way of any form or through any media GXF deems desirable. No credit is required for uses other than for your content posted on this site.
7. Should GXF be deemed to have profited from any use of your submission the sum total of renumeration that can be claimed is one dollar.
8. Submitted content will not contain depictions that include minors or beastiality.
9. Legal action related to this web site in any way will be brought forth in Vancouver, British Columbia.
10. If any term is not legally enforceable in your jurisdiction it is severable from the terms and the remaining terms stand.
